NGM SElect amplifies 16 autosomal STR loci and Amelogenin in one reaction. The assay supports casework and database workflows, with a marker arrangement intended to recover information from degraded samples.
The kit includes master mix, primers, allelic ladder and control DNA. Laboratories should confirm instrument compatibility and validate their own workflow before implementation.
