Product overview
GlobalFiler combines 21 autosomal STR loci with a Y-STR, a Y-indel and amelogenin. Its marker set supports comparison across commonly used forensic DNA databases.
The chemistry is optimized for casework, including samples with limited or compromised DNA. Ten mini-STR loci help recover information from degraded material. GlobalFiler IQC is a separate format with additional internal quality-control markers; Express addresses direct-amplification reference workflows.
