NGM SElect Express combines 16 autosomal STR loci with Amelogenin. Its chemistry supports direct amplification from suitable paper and swab samples, helping reference-sample laboratories simplify preparation.
Treated cards and untreated paper or swabs require different preparation pathways; the latter use Prep-n-Go Buffer. Consult the manufacturer guide for validated substrates, equipment and compatibility.
