This two-pool panel targets the 16,569-base human mitochondrial genome. Its tiled, short-amplicon design supports work with degraded material, including hair shafts, teeth and bones.
The panel fits manual or Ion Chef library-preparation workflows with compatible sequencing and Converge analysis. Reagent capacity differs between manual and automated preparation.
