Product overview
The DNA Phenotyping Panel targets the HIrisPlex marker set associated with eye and hair pigmentation. It is intended to add investigative information when an STR profile has not produced a useful comparison.
The panel contains 23 SNPs and one insertion/deletion marker, rather than 24 SNPs of the same type. Trait probabilities require the corresponding prediction model and should not be presented as certain appearance.
