Product overview
PhenoTrivium combines autosomal and Y-chromosomal SNPs in one targeted-sequencing panel. It brings together several marker classes for forensic investigative-lead research.
The different outputs answer different questions: visible-trait probabilities, ancestry inference and paternal lineage. Each requires an appropriate analysis model and should be interpreted alongside other evidence.
