RapidINTEL Plus Sample Cartridge

Product overview

RapidINTEL Plus supports rapid STR profiling of selected crime-scene and other evidentiary sample types. The cartridge works with the RapidHIT ID system and the appropriate instrument protocol.

Internal quantity-and-quality markers provide context for the resulting profile. Sample substrate, collection device and protocol should be selected together, with confirmatory laboratory testing where required.

The manufacturer pairs standard cotton swabs with the General protocol and HydraFlock micro ultrafine swabs with the Specialized protocol. HydraFlock 25-3318-H is the documented micro-swab accessory. Confirm the exact standard-cotton model and follow the current cartridge instructions; the two swab formats are not interchangeable.
