Product overview
Quantifiler Trio measures total human DNA and human male DNA in the same assay. Its different target sizes and internal control provide information relevant to degradation and PCR inhibition.
The results help laboratories select an appropriate STR analysis path and assess samples containing a male contribution in a larger female background. The listed kit is the 400-reaction configuration, not the separate automated-quantification kit.
