PrepFiler Express BTA combines the BTA sample chemistry with prefilled AutoMate Express cartridges. It addresses challenging forensic substrates that call for the BTA format rather than routine PrepFiler Express chemistry.
The documented kit contains reagents and plastics for 52 extractions. It preserves the automated purification workflow while adding the sample-specific preparation chemistry required for the supported BTA materials.
