Product overview
PrepFiler BTA extends the PrepFiler extraction family to difficult sample types. The kit includes a BTA lysis chemistry intended for calcified tissues and selected adhesive-containing materials.
It combines manual sample-lysate preparation with magnetic-particle purification. The BTA format should be selected according to the substrate and the laboratory’s validated method, rather than treated as an interchangeable name for the standard PrepFiler kit.
