PrepFiler Automated provides magnetic-particle extraction chemistry in a format suited to liquid-handling automation. It supports routine forensic sample processing and removal of substances that can inhibit subsequent DNA analysis.
The 4463353 configuration is a 960-reaction reagent kit. Its 96-well processing and spin/filter plastics are not included. Supported instrumentation, scripts and labware must be considered together when configuring an automated workflow.
